All lease and rental agreements must be pre-approved by the
Piper's Pointe Condominium Association
Piper's Pointe has a minimum rental period of 90 days.
A signed original copy of the lease agreement, application and reference documents, appropriate security deposit (see documents for amount) and $100.00 non-refundable application fee must be forwarded to the board of directors care of the property management company at the following address:
